Draft terms of use

Draft — owner details and provider terms still need confirmation.

Who provides Path?

[Responsible person or organisation], contact Ian.gopath@gmail.com. These terms remain a draft until the owner confirms the responsible person or organisation and the policy.

What the service offers

Path is an AI-supported tool for reflection and exploring possible directions. Conversations, memories and experiments can help you learn about yourself over time. No result, dream job, income or timeline is guaranteed.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13. Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. If you are 13–17, involve a guardian and obtain consent when required by applicable law. Public chat can be used without an account; saved personal journeys require an account.

Free access and optional donations

Path has no subscriptions, paid upgrades, locked features or ads. Donations are optional and grant no privileges. A supporter badge is symbolic only. When available, Stripe shows the amount and currency before payment. Contact the owner about mistaken donations or payment concerns; mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

AI limitations and safety

AI can misunderstand you and produce incorrect or biased suggestions. Check important facts and make your own decisions. Path is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, nor an emergency service. In immediate danger in Sweden or the EU, call 112.

Respectful use

Do not use Path for harassment, illegal activity, impersonation, attempts to access another person’s data or attacks on the service. Do not upload private information about others without permission. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks, with an explanation where feasible.

Your content and privacy

You keep your rights to what you share. Path processes it to provide the service as described in the draft Privacy policy. AI-generated suggestions may not be unique. You can correct memories and delete conversations; account-wide deletion currently requires a request, not a self-service button.

Availability and changes

Path may change as it develops and may be unavailable during maintenance or provider interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Significant changes to these terms will be explained here; you can stop using Path if you do not accept them.

Liability and applicable rights

You are responsible for decisions you make using suggestions. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. The owner must confirm the operating entity, applicable law and dispute process before this draft is finalised.

Changes and questions

This draft describes the current implementation and its unresolved details. Material changes will be explained on this page. Use the Contact page for questions or requests about your data.
